The Decree No. 2013-463 of june 19th 2013 has determined the amount and terms of payment of fees for the occupancy of industrial land.

Subsequently, these fees have been changed by the ministerial decree No.126/MIM/MPMEF/MCLAU of March 21st 2014 : a decrease of 50% was applied when the payment was made before May 30th 2014.

Despite this measure, taxpayers still don’t pay these fees within the statutory period and expose themselves to the closure of their companies.

By memorandum No. 3458/MPMP/DGI/DLCD-SDL/kak/11-2014, tax authorities prohibit the closure of companies and any forced recovery procedure.
