2015 Fees for industrial land's occupancy

Dear Reader,

We are pleased to inform you that the deduction applied to fees for industrial land’s occupancy 2015 is fixed at 60% (formerly this deduction was fixed to 35%)

However, only companies which will pay the entire due amount by May 31st 2015 at the latest may benefit from this deduction.

Kindly find in attached files, the Ministerial Decree N°089/MIMI/MPMEF/MPMB/MCLAU of February 12th 2015 concerning payment terms of fees for industrial land’s occupancy and a Table detailing these fees (in french).
