By an announcement available on the ivorian Tax Administration’s website , tax authorities have decided to extend, until June 15th 2015, the deadline to submit personal income tax return (f.n : IGR).

As a reminder, this tax return must be submitted each year by May 1st at the latest (Art. 255, General tax Code).

It is important to note that penalties in case of late return may be fixed as follows:

• Delay of less than 30 days -- increase of 10% of the total due amount ;
• Delay of more than 30 days -- increase of 50% of the total due amount ;
